Return Policy

Hewitt-Tech.com will Only accept returns for items that are New, Unopened and in their Original Packaging. To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once an RMA number has been issued, they are valid for 14 days. All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the original purchase price excluding shipping after receipt and inspection. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and credited back to the original funding option (CC, Paypal etc…) At our discretion, items returned in other than new condition, with no RMA, or after the allowed RMA timeframe may be subject to a higher restocking fee or have the return denied. We try to process returns as soon as we receive and can verify them but please allow up to 2-3 days for us to process your return. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping which must include a tracking number. We do not accept returns or issue any sort of refund for OBDII/Scan tools sold.
